Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. I do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; Therefore, respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. We require a 24 notice for any change to appointments.Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged $25. NO-shows will be charged 50 percent of service booked fee. There are NO refunds on any hair service or deposits, however if you are not satisfied with your style you may request a redo within 24hours..
